Product Description
One-sun-dried squid is a type of live squid caught by fishermen in the Phu Quy sea and dried in the sun to ensure that the outside of the squid is dry but the inside is still fresh. The squid dried in the sun is slightly dry, supple and has an opaque white color.
Squid contains a lot of protein, minerals, fat and some important vitamins. When the drying process takes too long or is not done properly, it will lose some of the nutritional value of squid, especially vitamin C and omega-3 fatty acids.
With the traditional Vietnamese way of drying in the sun, the freshness and nutritional content of squid can still be retained. In particular, with the skills of local people who have accumulated many years of experience in drying squid, the quality of the product will be guaranteed for customers who want to experience one-sun-dried squid.
To preserve one-sun-dried squid for a long time, the simplest way is to put it in a sealed bag and put it in the freezer. However, to keep the original quality of the dried squid for a long time (at least 6 months), you should put it in a PE bag and then vacuum it. After completing the vacuum packaging process, the product will be stored in the freezer or at -18oC. Currently, our products are vacuum-packed for customers to ensure that the dried squid when it reaches customers always retains the highest quality. The dried squid is vacuum-packed, convenient for storage, looks very polite, can be used as a gift and is easy to transport domestically or abroad.
